Pasamos un fin de semana maravilloso en Agua Morada. El lugar es perfecto para desconectar del bullicio de la ciudad y reconectar con la naturaleza; se siente una paz increíble desde que llegas. El servicio fue excelente. La comida… ¡deliciosa!, bien servida y hecha con productos frescos, se siente la calidad en los productos. En resumen, una experiencia hermosa, cálida y reparadora. Sin duda un espacio al que pensamos volver.

We have 4 types of accommodation:
- Tree cabins: rustic cabins elevated between the trees at 5 meters high. Each one for a capacity of 4 people, including a full bathroom, a double bed, a bunk bed with two single beds and a terrace with a view of the forest.
- Casa Calix: it is a family cabin with elegant marble and wood finishes. It has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, an equipped kitchen, a terrace and a fireplace.
- Rooms: our suites are an experience of design and deep rest. A king size bed with a beautiful marble bathroom, 4 balconies overlooking the forest and a shared room with amenities.
- Camping area: We have camping areas in a private and safe space. They include bathrooms, showers and parking.
Check-in is available at 3:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM, Nevertheless, entry to the facilities may be earlier, you are welcome to enjoy the forest or our outdoor restaurant. We are flexible with schedules, subject to hotel availability of course. Check-in can be done until 8:00 PM (with prior notice to reception).
The mobile network is very unstable unfortunately, as we are completely immersed in the forest. We advise you to enjoy this opportunity to disconnect. We know though, that the internet is a fundamental aspect and that is why we have Wi-Fi with a high-speed connection in our open areas such as the restaurant terrace. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi inside the rooms.
We know they are part of your family. We love that they are also our guests, that's why the entire hotel is pet- friendly. We charge an addiontional fee that covers the costs of deep cleaning that we will do after your check-out, this in order to guarantee subsequent guests a great experience. Don't forget to bring their bed!

RULES
In all common areas your pet must be on a leash.
Mak sure to constantly keep your friend close to you, avoid disturbing or inconveniencing another guest please.
No pet can be left alone in the rooms.
Their stool need to be lifted. If your pet defecates on the paths, remove it with a branch and cover it with leaves or dirt.
It is strictly prohibited to put your pets on the beds, bathe them in the bathroom of the rooms or use towels to dry them.
It is prohibited for the pet to swim in the lake area, please prevent it from chasing or attacking the ducks.
Do not allow your pet to destroy plants, flowers or urinate on furniture.
Yes, we have a restaurant service starting at 9:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. We have tow areas for your consumption, an indoor area with a fireplace and the outdoor terrace, Or make the most of your stay by requesting direct service to you own room's terrace.

Yes, we accept credit and debit cards, however we recommend you bring enough cash since the network is unstable and the closest ATM is in the town hall. If you require an invoice, it is necessary to send your tax certificate to the following email: Facturacionaguamorada@gmail.com
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, there is no refund. You can request a date change up to 7 business days before the reservation date. Request your date change by email: aguamoradahotelycampamentos@hotmail.com or by WhatsApp at 5551063872. To make your date change we only have a one-month period from your cancellation and is subject to hotel availability. Not applicable during Holy Week, Easter, Long Weekends and holidays. After requesting a date change, a new change can no longer be processed. Extra charges may apply for date changes. Special cases contact our team, we will be happy to assist you.

The festivities of the Lord of Collateral from May 2 to 12
The traditional procession of Cristo del Collateral, lord of Acaxochitlán, takes place on May 11 with a tour of the main streets of the city.
On this route, multicolored carpets made of sawdust, painted sand and flowers are placed. They are carried out, from very early on, by residents of the municipality. At the end of the procession route, attendees enjoy fireworks, music bands and the town theater.
People from all over the world arrive very early to get ahead of the procession and be able to admire the different designs of the carpets, before they are destroyed by the passage of the pilgrims. It is the ideal occasion to visit one of the most beautiful customs that distinguish Acaxochitlán.
